RitzPix is an easy-to-use and instant online photo sharing and developing service that you can rely on for fast pick-up with top quality photos. Simply place your order online and be prepared to pick up your photo in just an hour! The updated website is put up with some attractive new features.

New Features

Besides a whole new outlook of the website, RitzPix now offers three free prints per month whenever your share your photos with your friends and family. You also have the option to join their newly introduced ‘Image Rewards Club’ to help you save money, collect points while making purchases and get special member discount. As for beginners, RitzPix provides a five-star ‘Live Help’ that available live to assist you.

Easy to Upload

Uploading your photos is easy with RitzPix. After creating an account for yourself, you may immediately upload up to fifteen photos, one at a time. But the downside to this is the inconvenience of having to load this one by one instead of uploading multiple files all at once. On top of this, it is advisable to upload a single photo that is not exceeding 6MB and a total of fifteen photos not exceeding 90MB.

Additional Service

RitzPix offers extra service such adding your online photos to goods like mouse pads, puzzles, calendars, cards and t-shirts for our personal collection or as a gift for your loved ones.

Printing and Mailing Cost

You can have your photos printed at $0.19 each when you have them mailed directly to you within 2 to 3 business days or you can choose to pick them up from the store in an hour time for $0.27 each. Photo gifts can be delivered to you starting from $1.48 for up to 10 prints. This price is only applicable when the gifts are delivered via standard mail. Additional fee is applicable if you prefer overnight mail.

Customer Service

RitzPix provides a main FAQ section where you are presented with ten frequently asked questions with relevant answers. If you can’t find a solution to the problem you encountered, try the Help Index or the ‘Live Help’ which is helpful and friendly.

Upsides

RitzPix’s selling point is their fast and efficient service to have your photos ready for collection within an hour in local stores nearby for no extra charges. ‘Live Help’ is also helpful and  provides instant solutions.

Downsides

Apart from the one-hour pick up service, Ritz Pix service is rather slow for mailed photo printing and gifts. You are also required to buy extra space from RitzPix to store more photos.  The free service only allows you to store the photos up to 90 days. If you wish to store your photo online for a longer period, you will have to purchase Saved Album space for $1.99 for 20 spaces.
